A principal segment of our business since its inception is our repair services. We repair the majority of devices even those deemed un-repairable by other repair companies. Working with many major companies we are able to offer huge savings by repairing products rather than replacing them. Our manufacturer trained and experienced technicians are able to repair the most complex problems down to component level.

Our purpose built workshop is flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate any type and quantity of consumer electronic products. All repairs are carried out within an ESD controlled environment. Regular audits ensure continuity and maintain the highest quality of repair service that we are consistently commended for. We have the ability to process large volumes of products efficiently to any specified time constraints. Quality and environmental standards are maintained by ensuring all our processes and procedures adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Manufacturer approved status allows us the ability to keep updated with the latest technical repair processes, thus improving our turnaround times and ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained. By repairing products under warranty alongside products not covered by the manufacturer's warranty we are able to offer a complete repair solution.

A dedicated account manager and a recently introduced online tracking system ensure business customers are kept up to date as to the status of any outstanding repairs.
