We can validate claims on your behalf assessing and documenting our findings for you. We offer a fast and professional service getting your customers claim processed efficiently. Our priority is to repair the handset and provide a warranty to support the repair. Should a repair not be possible we will provide a fully reconditioned phone to the same value and again a warranty is provided on all reconditioned handsets and despatched directly to your customer.
Any handsets that we are unable to repair will be processed in accordance with our WEEE Recycling Plan.
Our warranty validation services will quickly and efficiently evaluate faulty components you receive from your worldwide repair centre networks. Working closely with you we can tailor validation procedures and reports to ensure that all claims are valid and maximise component reuse yields.
We have the facilities to screen, re-certify and perform custom testing services on all components and provide a prompt turnaround.
